Gary L. Rudolf
Gary L. Rudolf concentrates his practice in estate planning, guardianship, probate law, trust administration and probate litigation, and provides expert counsel in matters relating to partnership law, corporate law, estate and gift taxation, charitable trusts and foundations. With more than 30 years of experience and a 5.0 AV® Preeminent™ rating indicating the highest level of professional excellence, Mr. Rudolf is Florida Bar Board Certified in the areas of wills, trusts and estates and a trusted expert in these specialty areas of law.
Mr. Rudolf is frequently called upon by his peers in the legal community to contribute his expertise in specialized legal matters. He has been a featured speaker at the Probate and Trust Law Section Seminar sponsored by the Broward County Bar Association, and published an article entitled “Relevance of Values Established in Buy-Sell Agreements,” which appeared in The Family Law Commentator.
A graduate with distinction from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, and of Bard College, New York, Mr. Rudolf is a member of the Florida and Illinois bars, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He was named a Super Lawyer in 2011 for the fifth year.
Mr. Rudolf is past president of the Estate Planning Council of Broward County, Inc., and past chairman of the Probate Committee of the Broward County Bar Association. He is also active with the Florida Bar, having served on its Probate Rules Committee and Probate and Trust Litigation Committee.
